Prosecutors Reject James Holmes Guilty Plea

DENVER (AP) — Prosecutors are rejecting an offer for theater shooting suspect James Holmes to plead guilty.

They say the defense hasn't provided key details they need to consider a plea. Defense attorneys say Holmes will plead guilty to the shooting that killed 12 people, if prosecutors don't seek the death penalty.
