One Week Till The Coolest “Happy Hour”…Ever

Starting next Thursday, June 22ed and every Thursday through September 14th, during the Downtown Grand Junction Farmer’s Market, it's "Happy Hour" on the “Sunset Terrace at The Avalon.”

The Downtown Farmers' Market is downtown Grand Junction's signature event. This already great happening just got a whole lot better. Thursday evening at 5:30 get to The Avalon Theater and take the elevator up to the balcony up for an evening of amazing food, incredible drink specials, and the best unplugged live music in the valley! The best part? It's all FREE!

The talent lineup is unmatched. Week one its Zac Grant of Zolopht. Zac is of the best a full-time musicians in the Grand Valley.  He splits his time between his solo project and his full band, "Zolopht."  When he isn't touring around the US with Zolopht, he spends his time playing solo acoustic concerts around the Colorado region.  Described as "Acoustic Roots Music," he blends a unique style of folk, reggae and rock, alongside a soothing, yet powerful voice.

Also featured, Jack + Jill Hailing from Colorado, Indie/Alternative Band, JACK+JILL have been sweeping the Western US for more than half a decade now, and there's good reason why. With the release of their third full length album COLORADiO LP, fans from all over the country are caught in the act singing and rocking out to the sounds of J+J. Comprised at the core are husband and wife duo: Aaron and Jessica Seibert who have been in the scene and performing since the late 90's in traveling acts.

Bicycle Annie. This high energy rock band serving up and eclectic mix of your favorite alternative music from the 90’s and beyond. Flavored with some 60’s, 80’s and even a few country songs, this band will keep you on your feet all night long. Featuring local music legend Aaron “AK” Kennedy and guitar virtuoso Caed Agnew, Bicycle Annie offers a not-to-be-missed show.

Tim & Richard are a two piece, American rock fusion duo. They fuse good feeling music with a not so average beat, with huge choruses and breakdowns that you would find in a 3-4 piece band.  Simply one cajon and guitar mixed with a little imagination and gusto
