Breaking Benjamin, with special guest Red, will be at The Fillmore in Denver this Wednesday, April 26 and 95 Rock has your free tickets!

There are bands out there that always deliver. Every band has the occasional off night but few bring it night after night quite like Breaking Benjamin.

Few bands have been through what this band has and lived to tell about it. Breaking Benjamin started back in 1999 out of eastern Pennsylvania founded by lead vocalist and guitarist Benjamin Burnley and drummer Jeremy Hummel. The original lline-up released their first two albums, Saturate and We Are Not Alone in the early 2000s. After a couple more records the band took an extended break while Burnley recovered from an recurring illness.

During the break a Greatest Hits album Shallow Bay: The Best of Breaking Benjamin, was released without Burnley's consent. That lead to lawsuits and dismissal of a couple band members. Through it all the band has stayed true to it's sound and dedication to the music.

Always one of my favorites, I've been following the band since the early days. Even through all the challenges and changes they're remained one of the best modern rock bands out there. The next couple days I'll have your chance to win your way onto the 95 Rock guest list for the show. Sure it's this Wednesday. Yes, it's a long drive over to Denver and back, but well worth it.
