Red Announce ‘Unstoppable Screams’ Tour With Lacey Sturm + Righteous Vendetta
Red released their sixth studio album Gone in late 2017 and come March they'll be "going, going" back out on tour to support the release.
The veteran band has put together a solid tour package, with former Flyleaf vocalist turned solo artist Lacey Sturm and rising rockers Righteous Vendetta rounding out the bill for the run, which will start March 1 in Columbus, Ohio. The tour starts in the Midwest, before venturing out to the West Coast, dipping south and circling back through Arizona, Texas and Oklahoma en route to a southeastern U.S. conclusion April 22 in Charleston, S.C. It should be noted that in their announcement, Red teased that more dates will be coming soon.
As stated, Red issued their Gone album in late October, with the dynamic synth-filled rocker "Still Alive," the moodier "Losing Control" and the standout anthemic title track leading the way. The disc debuted at No. 38 on the Billboard 200 Album Chart.
Lacey Sturm has continued to support her 2016 solo album Life Screams, which has yielded five tracks including "Impossible," "Rot" and "You're Not Alone." Meanwhile, Righteous Vendetta made some headway at rock radio last year after issuing their Cursed album, with "Weight of the World," "War Is Killing Us All" and the title track helping to set the tone for the disc.
Tickets for the run will go on sale Monday (Jan. 8). See all of the stops listed below.
