Where Do You Plan To Watch The Playoffs?
I know most of you are disappointed that Denver didn't make the post-season. It is extremely difficult to repeat in the NFL. Still, there is nothing like playoff football. It's time to get out and take in the games!
The excitment gets underway this afternoon. Here's this weekends Wild Card secudule.
Back in November I asked "Where's the best place in town to watch football? He were the top five.
Buffalo Wild Wings make the list because...well, it's BWW's and their position statement is "Beer, Wings, Sports." I'd say that qualifies.
To be honest I had not heard of Boston's until I began this investigation. I've only lived in Junction 6 months so there's plenty I don't know about but this place popped up on the list. I've not been there but looking at their menu online, their pizza looks really good. Plus they have a football as the header on their Facebook page.
Cruiser's claims to be "Grand Junction's favorite bar" and I have to agree. I have made it out a few times and the drinks are always great and a friendly wait staff. A Sunday $4 Bloody Mary secures them a spot on the list every time.
The Ale House is on my list of places I've got to try. I've had several people tell me they like it. The menu and atmosphere look's great.
I have been to Wrigley Field. I was invited out for a game of pool and some beers shortly after my arrival here. It's a great local place to take in a ball game. Plus that Ruben sandwich I had was really good.
There are four Wild Card games this weekend and four Divisional rounds next Saturday and Sunday. These are the two best football weekends of the year! Oh, there's the NCAA National Championship game on Monday night too. With so much great football you can get to all the best joints in town!
