FBI Investigates Skilled Gaming Business in Grand Junction
The Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) is investigating a skilled gaming business in Grand Junction.
The Grand Junction Skilled Gaming Business
The particular business being investigated is called The Nerd Lair and is located at 2835 North Avenue in Grand Junction. It is unclear as to why the FBI is investigating the business exactly but it has been reported that a search warrant was executed by the bureau's Denver office.
The FBI is Cracking Down on Colorado Skilled Gaming
Businesses like The Nerd Lair are popping up all over Colorado and while it is unclear as to whether or not the business is in any real trouble for any reason, the FBI had this to say about the investigation:
Today, FBI Denver, in partnership with HSI, IRS:CI, and numerous state and local law enforcement agencies, executed multiple court-authorized federal search warrants across Colorado. At this time, the FBI cannot provide any further comment about the ongoing investigation.
Another Western Colorado Skilled Gaming Business Investigated
In addition to Grand Junction's Nerd Lair, another Western Colorado skilled gaming business was investigated by the FBI at the same time, a place called L-Jays Skilled gaming located in Delta, Colorado at 1410 Valley View Drive.
There are More Skilled Gaming Places in Grand Junction
While it appears that The Nerd Lair was the only Grand Junction business of this type to be investigated, there are a few others in town.

The FBI says that the investigation remains ongoing.
