It's that time of the year. Spring cleaning time!  Get after that storage shed, closet, garage, attic and make some space. Then say "goodbye" to that stuff and help a family in need right here in the Grand Valley. Donate to the Salvation Army Thrift Store.

Think about it. Who really has time for a yard sale? Once you've cleaned up those spaces take those unwanted items to the new Thrift Store location at  240 North Ave, Grand Junction.

Funds generated from the sales at the Thrift Store stay here in Junction. That money is used to support The Salvation Army's Addiction Recovery Program. It's a 6-month live in program housing approximately 32 individuals with addictions. It's a structured program designed to rehab addicts and teach them the skills to live normal and productive lives. The program helps them awaken to the belief in God and for them to realize that there is life outside of addiction. It teaches life skills, self-worth, work ethics, and how to interact with others. It guides them in their growth to become productive members of society.

It's time to get to work. Get your spring cleaning on and donate today. To find out more info call 970-257-1984.
