What’s Cookin’ At Home Loan Taste of the Grand Valley
It's 18 years and counting now for United Way of Mesa County's Home Loan Taste of the Grand Valley.
This annual fundraiser for United Way of Mesa County and the agencies they fund just keeps going and going and going.I can't say I have attended this event every year, but I've been to most of them. It's just a really cool event. I strongly suggest everyone experience the Home Loan Taste of the Grand Valley at least once.
More than 20 vendors will fill Meyer Ballroom on the campus of Colorado Mesa University on Monday, February 3. Attendees will be sampling food and beverages, viewing cooking demonstrations, and purchasing half-price gift cards to more than 30 local businesses. Everyone attending will have a chance to vote for their favorite in each category.
Typically, more than 1,000 people attend the Taste of the Grand Valley to support United Way, but also to experience first-hand the food offerings of various providers in the valley. I would say everyone will find at least one - if not more - place they've never encountered before but love so much they'll make plans to do business with them in the near future.
