Shaun Rogers Robbed of $430K in Jewelry Because Who Doesn’t Carry $430K of Jewelry On Them?!

The 2013 NFL offseason has already been filled with some wacky news stories, and it doesn't seem like that's going to change anytime soon.

Shaun Rogers, who you may remember gradually becoming mediocre at defensive tackle over the last decade, found himself missing nearly half a million dollars in fashionable accessories this weekend in Miami.

Rogers told police that he and some friends brought a lady back to his hotel room, he locked his outrageously expensive jewelry in a hotel safe, and passed out for the night. When he woke up the next day, "most" of his jewelry was gone.

Shaun Rogers just signed a deal with the New York Giants for a little over a million dollars.  He's claiming that he's wearing around half of that money in jewels at any given time. Well, he was before this weekend.
