Pro Surfer Anastasia Ashley’s Warm up Routine Makes Us Hot [VIDEO]

Metallica does their band huddle before each show, LeBron James throws chalk all over the place before each game, and this pro surfer we found named Anastasia Ashley gets men (and maybe even some ladies) all over the world turned on before she gets in the water. 

A video has surfaced showing the pro surfer "twerking" at a recent competition right before she got on her board. For the uninitiated, "twerking" is another word for Ashley's wave of booty-shaking.

The video was shot over the weekend at the Supergirl Pro in Oceanside, CA. And while Ashley didn't even come close to winning the competition, she definitely won my heart, and made single-handedly made surfing one of my favorite sports.
