Las Marias in Grand Junction Closed for Next Two Weeks
Let me be the first to shout this from the rooftops so people understand, this is only temporary. But we did find out from the amazing staff at Las Marias in downtown Grand Junction that they have decided to take two weeks off and will be reopening their doors on Tuesday, February 2nd at 7:00 a.m.
While we don't have all the details on the temporary closing it seems like from their announcement on social media this is just for a much-needed vacation and time off.
Obviously with Las Marias being one of the most popular Mexican restaurants in Grand Junction and being in a fantastic location, there are going to be many people that are going to miss their favorite burritos, tacos, enchiladas, and chimichangas but again this is only a two week period.
It wasn't long ago, in fact just last month we had an article where locals were discussing their favorite Mexican restaurants around Grand Junction, so if you're really craving some click here for those recommendations.
If you're looking to get more specific with what you want, here is a list of some of the best places to get a margarita (if you're 21+), check out that list here.
Obviously, there are many options for amazing food here in Western Colorado and especially lots of great Mexican food. So if you are disappointed in hearing that Las Marias located at 118 South 7th Street in Grand Junction is closed for a few weeks I would encourage you to try another fantastic restaurant around town, you won't be disappointed. And we will all be excited when the doors open again on February 2nd.
