It’s Officially Time To Break Out The Bike
May is "Bike Month" month in the Grand Valley.
It's been my intention to get a bicycle since arriving nearly two years ago. I can't seem to make the time to get out and get one. Now that's it's officially "Bike Month" in the Grand Valley I've got to make it happen.
Wednesday, May 2ed kicks off the month-long celebration with "Bike To Work Day." It's a community-wide event. The fact that I live less than a mile from the radio station I have no excuse not to participate. My only holdup? The aforementioned fact I still haven't bought a bike.
If you're smarter than me and own a bike tomorrow's the day to break it out if you haven't already. There are several special "Bike To Work Day" breakfasts happening around too. Check to see if your route is close to any of these.
