McDonald’s Starts Delivering in Japan — Good Idea or Bad Idea?

McDonald’s in Japan will unveil delivery in the Asian country next year. Yes, you can call in or order online and have your favorite McDonald’s food delivered to your door. Pretty soon we’ll have recliners with the toilets built in just like the Mike Judd movie “Idiocracy”. I don’t have anything against fast-food joints but this is really a dumb idea. How far away do people really from a McDonald’s?

So, you put in an order for a Big Mac, Fries and a shake, the delivery guy can’t find you’re place and when he does the food is cold and the shake is melted. As we all know McDonald’s fries are only good hot, once they’re cold they are crap. See how this is a bad idea or maybe its brilliant.

By offering delivery the Asians become fat and lazy and the Americans catch-up in science and math. This could just work. Think about, as more Asians stay home order McDonald’s and sit in front of their TV’s or computers they will lose their edge and give us the opening we have been looking for. It’s either another dumb idea or just brilliant. Only time will tell.
