Colorado has no shortage of fun events for the entire family to enjoy and as time progresses, it seems like technological advancements have allowed for even more impressive spectacles than ever before.

Some of these impressive places around the state are open year-round including Meow Wolf, Bubble Planet, and of course, Casa Bonita. However, there are some experiences that can only be taken advantage of on a seasonal basis including day trips to Elitch Gardens and Lakeside Amusement Park, the famous Ice Castles in Cripple Creek and Eagle, and an especially impressive display of brightly-colored animals and mythical creatures known as Bright Nights.

What is Colorado's Bright Nights?

Bright Nights is a massive immersive experience inspired by the Chinese Tianyu festivals. The exhibit is open to the public each summer and while Bright Nights has officially closed for the season, it is promised to return in the summer of 2025.

Bright Nights takes place at Four Mile Park in Denver and is just one of the many fun experiences that can be had at the park with others including Brunch with Father Christmas, the Family Egg Hunt for Easter, and plenty of other events you can check out here.
