More than 20 Colorado Chick-Fil-A employees have tested positive for COVID-19, with another 19 considered probably as of Wednesday (July 22)

According to the Colorado Department of Public Health and Environment, there have been outbreaks of COVID-19 at 13 Colorado fast food restaurants. Some of the big names that have been battling the pandemic are McDonald's, Culver's, Arby's and Panda Express. However, none of them have had as much trouble as Chick-Fil-A.

Chick-Fil-A has had at least 28 employees come down with the illness with another 19 probable.

In a written statement to FOX 31 Denver:

Our highest priority is the health and well-being of our Team Members and Guests. If a Team Member is diagnosed with COVID-19, the restaurant initiates the response protocol and takes precautionary measures, including disinfecting and deep cleaning the restaurant. Safe service is our top priority and our restaurants continue to follow CDC and local health department guidelines.
