Car Show and Cruise Returns to Grand Junction Historic Site

A classic car show and cruise are returning to a Grand Junction Historic Site.

For many years, Cross Orchards Historic Site in Grand Junction hosted a car show, and on May 20th will once again host a classic car show and cruise called Autofest 2017.

Peter Booth, the Executive Director of the Museums of Western Colorado they are proud to be bringing back the car show tradition at the historic farm.

The car show will feature just about any type of vehicle imaginable including hot rods, rat rods, muscle cars, vintage travel trailers and motorcycles, trucks, and custom vehicles. The historic site is a great venue for the car show.

A cruise is planned for down North Avenue to show off the vehicles after the show. The cost to enter a car is $15 for the first car and $10 for additional vehicles.

The car show season in western Colorado has just begun, and this would be a great event to get into the classic car show spirit.

The show runs from 9AM-4PM and admission is $5. Cross Orchards Historic Site is located at 3073 F Road in Grand Junction.
