Last Friday night a 56 year old manager at an Ohio Arby’s was closing up the store, her co-worker had just left when the door bell went off at the back door. She thought the co-worker had forgotten something and was coming back. To her surprise it was a man dressed all in black wielding a knife and demanding the money. He pushed her into the office and demanded she open the safe. She was able to slip away, crawled out the drive-thru window and get help. The robber got away with zero and for her trouble she got fired.

24 hours after her ordeal her supervisor had her sign paperwork, which stated that she had broke company policy by being in the store alone when it was robbed. A Vice President of Arby’s said he feels bad about the outcome but the manager had knowingly violated company policy, which she had been warned about before.

So not only did she get the hell scared out of her but she lost her job, by the she told an Ohio paper she didn’t want her job back. Do you blame her?
