A Steamboat Springs robber broke into a man's home and stole his wallet and also stole his sandwiches. The robber made some PB&Js before making their getaway.

I guess 3 a.m. was the perfect time to steal some sandwiches and a wallet. According to the Steamboat Pilot, at 3:07 am on Wednesday, July 17, the Steamboat Springs Police Department got a call about a burglary.

A drunk man on the 10 block of Jackpine Court called the police to tell them someone just broke in and stole some of his most prized possessions. Some of the things the robber stole were a wallet and also some sandwiches.

The robber must have been hungry because even though they were breaking into someone's house, they still made time to make some sandwiches. They made some PB&Js before making their getaway.

This is one of the weirdest robberies I've ever heard of. I'm sure both the man who's PB&Js were stolen and the Steamboat Springs Police Department were both taken back by this.

I think the man can deal with the loss of his beloved PB&Js but would definitely like his wallet back.
