Where Did This Guy Fall From?

It is an average day at the golf shop when all of a sudden and employee just falls from nowhere. This is like a scene from a Three Stooges short. You can hear a man talking to someone and then boom this guy falls into the store but where did he come from?

I get that the guy falls through the roof but what the hell was he doing in the roof? He just crashes to floor and then the other guy says “Hey Rod” and the guy on the floor says “Hey Billy” like nothing had happened. I don’t know about you but if that happened at the radio station there would be a few freaked out people. This has to be the most laid-back golf shop in the world.
