What’s Going In At The Old House Of Flowers?

Clean up and renovation is underway at the old Johnson's House of Flowers location on North Avenue across from Lincoln Park. What's going on at that location?

Johnson's House of Flowers was a staple in Grand Junction for a long time. A very long time. 97 years to be exact. Before it closed in the spring of 2016 it held the honor of being the longest running retail business on North Avenue.

What now? I heard a rumor that it's going to be some type of cafe. There have been crews working on the place. I peeked in the window this afternoon and it appears the place isn't quite ready for business yet. What do you guys think? What should go in at this iconic location?
