Western Slope Distillery Named Best Distillery in Six States

A Western Slope distillery has been named the best distillery in the Rocky Mountain Region, which includes six different states. It's the best distillery in Colorado, Utah, Wyoming, Montana, Idaho, and New Mexico.

A local distillery has been voted as the best distillery in six states. Peach Street Distillers in Palisade is iconic here on the Western Slope and nationwide. One of my favorite things they make is their Moscow Mule.

Peach Street Distillers was voted the best distillery in the Rocky Mountain region by Elevation outdoors. According to their website, this is why Peach Street Distillers is the best of the best:

The distillers at Peach Street are so dedicated to their craft, they almost stumble over themselves to do things the hard way: locally sourcing all their frits and grains, and turning Rocky Mountain water into some of the best bourbon, vodka, gin, and liquor  anywhere in the high country.
