Guy Pulls Off Awesome Organ Theft Prank

I have seen some crazy pranks but this is the greatest prank I have ever seen. These guys go through a pretty elaborate plan just to trick their roommate into thinking he had a kidney stolen.

This is so damn funny but how in the world would get them back for this one?
