Texas Passes Worthless Medical Marijuana Law

In an act that will make Willie Nelson shake his head Texas has passed a Medical Marijuana law but it's pretty much worthless. The new law will allow Doctors to prescribe Marijuana but that is still against the law.

Doctors can not prescribe Marijuana in any form because it is still illegal at the federal level. The way states work around that is by issuing recommendations or certifying patients.

They are just using a loop-hole to get around the law but the way Texas has their law written that won't work. Texas now says that a doctor can write the prescription but no one will for fear of losing their license.

While I think it is great that they have joined us in the 21st century the new Texas bill might just be the most worthless bill ever passed in the history of worthless bills.
