Slayer’s Kerry King Gives Tour of His Snake Warehouse
Kerry King's love for snakes is well-known. Now, in a new video (watch above), the Slayer guitarist gives fans a behind-the-scenes look at his Psychotic Exotics’ reptile house and herpetology nursery.
The video is part of the Scion x Slayer Driven series. The first video shows King and vocalist/bassist Tom Araya in the studio talking about the recording of a new song for Scion. There's also a video of Araya visiting the ESP factory to pick up a new custom bass. Watch both of those videos below.
Slayer are gearing up for a tour with Suicidal Tendencies and Exodus that kicks off Nov. 11 in Oakland, Calif. It wraps just over a month later on Dec. 14 in Fresno, Calif.
The band is also working on a new album with producer Terry Date that's tentatively scheduled to be released in March. In a recent interview, King said, “I think it’s business is usual pretty much. We’ve got fast material, we’ve got heavy material, we got spooky material so anything you’ve dug about Slayer historically you should dig about this record.”
