Yesterday morning (Aug. 14), Jackass and Viva La Bam star Bam Margera was arrested following a bizarre incident at a Los Angeles hotel. A series of recent video posts had fans and others concerned over the star's health and well-being and now TMZ is reporting that Margera has re-entered a rehab facility.

Over the last two weeks, Margera had reached out to TV personality and psychologist Dr. Phil for help. The two met and sat down for a session, which reportedly included his mother, April. An agreement was made to once again enter rehab (Margera entered rehab in January, only to check himself out 10 days later), but stayed for less than a week of what was intended to be a 60-90 day stint.

To commemorate the session with Dr. Phil, Margera visited Kat Von D.'s tattoo shop to get the TV host's name tattooed on his neck alongside a heartagram, which can be seen here.

"I hope he can resume treatment. My attitude is NEVER surrender to the disease. It is a tug of war and you just can't ever drop your end of the rope," Dr. Phil told TMZ.

Sources close to TMZ have said that Margera re-entered rehab immediately after being released from his arrest and will now have to be complicit in following certain rules and guidelines throughout the course of his treatment. It is believed that Margera has agreed to everything.

We're wishing Bam Margera strength and wellness on his journey toward rehabilitation.
