New Twisted Colossus Coaster Could Be Worth A Road Trip
The newest thrill in roller coasters the 'Twisted Colossus' looks like it could be worth a road trip to the west coast. The new hybrid coaster will open on May 23rd and is a good mix of wood and steel.
The new coaster will open at Magic Mountain in California and looks to be one wild ride. The four-minute ride includes a 116-foot drop and has nearly 5,000 feet of track.
Much like the original Colossus this has two trains that run side by side but that is where the similarity end.
The new Twisted Colossus has two lift hills, two inversions and boast 18 airtime moments. If you are planning your vacation and need a cool place to go Magic Mountain might be the place to go.
