Mesa County Sheriff’s New Years Arrests
The Mesa County Sheriff's Office has released information on recent arrests made over the holiday weekend.
Not a very Happy New Year for a few Mesa County residents.
The Sheriff's Office reported that Kelsey Andrews, 19, of Grand Junction, was arrested on January 1st for possession of a schedule II drug, in addition to other traffic violations including a DUI.
Robert Scarrow, 34, of Grand Junction, was arrested on January 1st for a possession of a schedule II drug and violation of bail bond, police said. Scarrow was on bond for a previous drug test.
On January 2nd, police said they arrested Rory Reynolds, of Grand Junction, for possession of a schedule II drug.
Cheyenne Dean 23, and Kenneth James 45, both of Grand Junction were arrested after a traffic stop. James, for several warrants, and Dean for active warrants and for providing false information to the officers. Plus, a vehicle search turned up drug paraphernalia and several grams of methamphetamine. In addition, they were both charged with Possession of a Schedule II Drug.
