DO NOT TRY THIS AT HOME! Professional aerialist Nik Wallenda completed a 1,400-foot tightrope walk across the Little Colorado River Gorge this past Sunday June 24th!

Once again do NOT attempt this, Wallenda is part of the Flying Wallendas circus family, which has 7 generations of high-wire artists that have lost family members in wire walking stunts!

The stunt took place in Arizona near the Grand Canyon where Wallenda walked 1,500 feet above the Colorado River on a 2-inch-thick steel cable without a safety harness!

After the nail biting 22 minutes it took to cross, the 34-year-old said, "It was way more windy, and it took every bit of me to stay focused the entire time."

Discovery Channel broadcast the stunt live on their station.
