Are you like me, and have been interested in the idea of Goat Yoga but you haven’t tried it yet? Well, this weekend is your shot as you can sign up for Goat Yoga in Grand Junction taking place Saturday, June 19th.

I’ve been working on improving my overall health for a while now. But I will be honest it has been a struggle for me for years.  If you’re feeling that way or just wanting to try something new maybe it is time for Goat Yoga.

The Grand Junction Goat Yoga is About Having a Good Time

Don’t think that you have to be a Yoga master to sign up. This is about laughter, joy, and fun. Plus anyone who signs up will get 15-minutes of goat playtime before and after the class. The class will last one hour taking with the entire event taking place at the Mesa County Fairgrounds from 8:30 a.m. until 10:00 a.m. Which is perfect before it gets too hot on Saturday.

Who Is Hosting Goat Yoga in Grand Junction
