Once again, a hockey player shows it's no big deal losing a tooth during the game. Sunday St. Louis Blues winger Ryan Reaves took a shot on the boards and when he got to the bench he pulled his own tooth.

With just four games left in the NHL season the St. Louis Blues were in Chicago to take on the Blackhawks in a big divisional game. The winner of the game would take over first place in the Central Division.

The game was a tough one with big hits all over the ice. Both teams were able to find the back of the net but after the dust settled the Blues had a 2-1 win in Chicago.

I think hockey is the only sport where a player can take such a big hit, go off to pull his own tooth and not miss a shift.

The fun part is these two teams will mix it one last time this season on Thursday night in old St. Louis. It should be one hell of a game that will be broadcast on the NBC Sports network.
