Better pull your belt straps tight. Hellyeah is coming to town with one mission in mind...to rock your ass off! Make plans to catch one of the best shows of 2017 at The Mesa Theater Monday night!

Hellyeah is a "supergroup" in every sense of the word. The screaming vocals of former Mudvayne frontman Chad Gray, Nothingface guitarist Tom Maxwell, bass player Kyle Sanders, guitarist Christian Brady and former Pantera drummer Vinne Paul, they tout one of the most talented rosters in rock.

The idea of the guys getting together started as far back as the year 2000 but scheduling kept the plan for coming together until 2006 when they finally got everyone in the same room to cut the debut album. The record was recorded at Chasin' Jason studio in Dimebag's backyard. It was the summer of 2007 when I first witnessed Hellyeah for the first time. They blew me away.

It was during my days back in Wichita when I got to experience the recording of the "Alcohaulin' Ass" video during a show at the historic Cotillion Ballroom. Those Hollywood Bowl looking arches are the trade make of this venue. It was cool to be part of the radio station that helped pull things together for the making of that video.
