Help The Penny Stice Family Save Their Home

Our friend, Bear, stopped by the 95 Rock studios to let us know about a chili cookoff that is going to happen at Motorcycle Accessories, 2060 E Main Street in Grand Junction on Saturday, September 19. This benefits the Penny Stice family who has been battling cancer. 

Penny has had 29 surgeries and due to financial difficulties is about to lose her home. There are a couple ways you can help. First, you can be a part of the chili cookoff Saturday - cost is $10 donation per person if you want to enter your chili in the competition. Or, if you want to be a judge and come in and taste the chili, cost is $5 donation.

Another way to help would be to stop by any Wells Fargo bank location and just mention that you would like to donate to the Penny Stice fund. No account number is needed. For more details, check out our interview with Bear on 95 Rock below.
