Look: Grand Junction Bakery Has Creative Food Kits For Kids

Jamie is the manager and Kiwi Kids coordinator at Sweet Kiwi Bakery. She told us that Sweet Kiwi Bakery has always had a heart for little kids and loves inspiring kids to get in the kitchen and have fun.

Originally people were coming into their bakery with their kids to learn how to make things and have fun. Ever since the coronavirus pandemic, Sweet Kiwi Bakery created Kiwi Kids kits. The kits come ready to assemble (some require some baking) and include anything from animals to houses, to holiday-themed kits.

Most of the time, they like to keep the kits fairly simple but they always mix it up. They do make them more complicated for the older kids. They said that the simpler the kit, the easier it is to sell. Sweet Kiwi first started the classes in October 2019 and then started the Kiwi Kids kits in March of 2020.
