The home earned its fast food nickname due to the presence of a Ronald McDonald statue that graced its roof for a number of years and while the statue has since been taken down, the nickname lives on.

Colorado's Ronald McDonald House is For Sale

The iconic mansion went on the market for the first time ever roughly a year ago for about $1.3 million and has just been relisted for an estimated $1.5 million.

Located right next to the gondola on Steamboat Springs' ski mountain, the Ronald McDonald House has an indoor shooting range, a theater, a spiral staircase, a wine cellar, and much more.
