One of Colorado's favorite fall pastimes is heading to the mountains to see all the fall colors. When, exactly, will it be the perfect time to check them out. Here's your answer.
There are so many great fall color drives around Colorado, it's hard to choose a favorite. Whether you're looking for a short afternoon jaunt to a weekend away in the crisp fall air, Colorado has something to offer for everyone.

The majority of Colorado will see minimal changes with patchy areas in the higher elevations.

Higher elevations will begin to see partial changes with patch conditions on the Western Slope and Front Range.

Higher elevations will be near peak conditions, if not already at peak.
