Cat Show Coming to Colorado Soon
The cat show will be coming to the Arapahoe County Fair Events Center at 25690 East Quincy Avenue in Aurora, Colorado this coming weekend of Saturday, June 22, and Sunday, June 23.
The show is open to all ages of humans, but unless your cat is pre-registered to be a part of the show, you'll have to leave your furry friends at home.
On the other hand, the show will offer plenty of opportunities to adopt a new pet and an estimated 120 cats with a total of 40 breeds will be in attendance.
Much like a dog show, some of the cats in attendance will be judged in a competition with one feline walking away with the esteemed title of 'best in show.'
The show will also feature vendors, a food truck, a costume contest, activities for the kids, and more.
In addition, it will be permitted to take photos of the animals and get up close and personal to pet them with permission from the animal's owner obtained beforehand.
The show will be open to ticketholders each day from 9 a.m. until 4 p.m. and if you'd like more information and/or tickets, check out the cat show's official event page on Facebook.
