You may have heard that last week, Samsung recalled its Galaxy 7 Note phones, after 35 instances in 10 countries of the phone exploding or catching fire.  Unfortunately, for one Florida man, he didn't get the note.

On Labor Day morning, Nathan Dornacher of St. Petersburg and his family were out running errands. When they got back to the house, Nathan left his Galaxy Note 7 charging in his Jeep Grand Cherokee.  A little while later, Dornacher looked out the window and realized that his Jeep was fully engulfed in flames! The fire department was called and the fire was eventually put out, but the vehicle was completely destroyed.

Samsung has been made aware of the situation and says that they are working with Nathan to investigate the case. Other Samsung customers that currently have the Galaxy Note 7 are encouraged to trade their phones with Samsung's Product Exchange Program.
