Watch 2,000 Ping Pong Balls Being Set on Fire

Who knew that 2,000 ping pong balls on fire would be such a pyre. These Germans set one on fire, then I guess they said we have to know what 2,000 on fire would look like. Wow, it looks like a one hell of a fire. What would happen if a ping pong ball factory caught fire? Would it just blow up or burn for days?

I guess the real question is what the hell are ping pong balls made from? The international rules specify that the game of table tennis will be played with a light 2.7 gram, 40-mm diameter ball but is says nothing about them being a torch.

I bet it freaked the camera person out a little when they had to keep moving away from the flames but they left the tripod behind.
