Wiener Rock And Roll’n

Got a chance to go for a short ride in the world famous Wienermobile with "Hotdoggers" Taylor and Spicy Mayo (stage name perhaps). These girls are out on the road spreading wiener love...that sounded weird, sorry...the fact is they do get work representing Oscar Mayer everywhere they go.

I rolled downtown with the girls to grab some breakfast and coffee at Main Street Bagels. There weren't many people downtown, however, everyone that was had to ask "so what's it like to drive a giant hot dog?" "It's fun", they replied. Well of course it is.

Taylor and Spicy cruised through the Colorado National Monument yesterday. "That's one of the benefits", Taylor said, "we get to see allot of cool places." Bet so.

The Wienermobile is around all weekend.  Here's the schedule.

Friday 10/28 Community Food Bank 10AM-12PM, 562 W Crete circle, suite 102, Grand Junction Details: Bring some canned goods to the Grand Junction Community food bank while enjoying an awesome morning with the Oscar Mayer Wienermobile. It's our way of thanking the community for all that they do, donating canned goods, taking pictures and handing out our iconic wiener whistles that are sure to put on smile on your face!

Sunday 10/30 Grand Junction motor speedway 12PM-4PM, N I-70 Frontage Rd, Grand Junction Details: Get ready to fasten your "meatbelt!" The Wienermobile is going to "haul buns" to Grand Junction Motor speedway! Come on out for a great day of go karting, taking pictures with the Wienermobile, and receive our limited edition racing stripe Wiener whistle!
