I posted a Facebook question recently asking what your favorite dive bars are in The Grand Valley, here are the results:

The Triple Tree Tavern

Located in Clifton, The Triple Tree Tavern is definitely a favorite dive bar in The Grand Valley. While they're known for their great atmosphere and friendly bartenders, The Triple Tree is perhaps most well known for Taco Tuesday which features drink specials, free pool and, of course, tacos.

JD's Bar

Another local favorite dive bar is Fruita's JD's Bar. I can speak from experience, this is a cool little bar. There is a group of regulars and after sitting at JD's for a while, everyone knows your name and you're involved in the conversations. Plus, they have an internet jukebox so you can create your own drinking soundtrack.

Quincy Bar

Possibly the best known Grand Junction dive bar is Quincy Bar. Affectionately known as Quincy's, this bar is located in the heart of downtown Grand Junction at 609 Main Street. They frequently host parties, have a core set of regulars, and even feature DJs from time to time.

The Brass Rail Tavern

Another great dive bar in Grand Junction is The Brass Rail Tavern. The Brass Rail is sure a hole in the wall type of place, but it has so much to offer. There are several pool tables, friendly staff, and even karaoke on certain nights of the week.
