Tesla Dealership Coming to Colorado’s Western Slope
A Tesla dealership, service, and distribution center is coming to Colorado's western slope in the near future.

The Tesla dealership, service, and distribution center will be just outside of Gypsum, Colorado near the Eagle County Regional Airport. Just south of the airport is an area known as the Rocky Mountain Commerce Park which encompasses about 28 acres. The exact address at which the building will be is 550 Plane St., Gypsum, Colorado.
Colorado's New Tesla Building
The Tesla building that will house all of the company's operations and products will be 35, 349 square feet in size. It will contain the vehicles, sales floor, service shop, and more.
Timeline for New Colorado Tesla
The permit for the site was pulled this last Friday, February 18, 2022, with plans for the company to break ground on the property slated for May 1st. It has also been estimated that it will take anywhere from nine months to a year to complete the project before the business will be ready to open its doors.

Gypsum Town Manager Jeremy Rietmann is optimistic about the impact that the new Tesla business will have on the area:
This will create a cascading effect of economic development. It's going to be a big deal. The larger impact will be the traffic flow that is aggregated around a use like this. If you are already coming to Costco from Steamboat or Summit County, now you can get your car serviced or take a look at a Tesla in person while you are here.
