The only guarantees in life are death and taxes. However, there's some good news for local veterans, teachers, and medical personnel.
Tax day will be here before you know it. We're only a couple months out from the April 18th deadline. If you're like me you haven't rounded up all your W2's let along set down to begin the task at hand.

Next week, Liberty Tax Service on North Avenue in Grand Junction, and in Clifton will do tax returns for military veterans for free! “A lot of our veterans are not online, they don't understand the online programs,” said Louise Eden, who works for Liberty Tax Service.
“The veteran who is single and has a very fixed income, yeah it’s going to help him a great deal,” said Eden.
