Super Moon

Spring and a Super Moon arrive on the same day.

Get ready Colorado, the first Super Moon of the year will be the best!

Triple treat, trifecta, or whatever you want to call it, people in the western US looking to the sky next week will get to see a rare lunar occurrence with a super blue blood moon.

Sunday night a Super Moon will rise in the east. There are some special spots to take in the site here in Western Colorado.

It isn't exactly the magic of Christmas, but there are two stellar celestial events happening tonight and into the early morning hours tomorrow, (December 13-14) but will Colorado miss them?

The November full moon will be a supermoon and with clear skies expected next week it will light up the Western Colorado sky quite brilliantly.

The biggest, brightest full moon of the year shines in the sky this weekend. The Super-moon as it is known will happen on Sunday night when the moon rises. Does that mean there will be super werewolves? No, the werewolves will be the same.
