The Super Bowl means a lot of parties involving celebratory drinking for the win and also drinking away the pain of the loss. Here are some of the repercussions for drinking and driving according to the Colorado State Patrol:

- Spend up to a year in jail
- Get fined over $13,000
There are a lot of different ways to make sure you don't drink and drive. If you know you'll be drinking, get a ride with a friend to the party, or take a Lyft, Uber, taxi or bus.
