Stranger Leaves Christmas Tree On Fort Collins Woman’s Front Porch
A woman in Fort Collins who recently lost her job and has been struggling got a huge surprise at her front door when a complete stranger left her a Christmas tree.
Random acts of kindness are great ANY time of year but especially at holiday time.
Haley (who didn't want her last name being used) said she has no clue who left the tree or who could've know about her situation.
According to Fox 31, Haley, who is a yoga instructor, lost her job back in the spring when the pandemic first hit and has been fighting through some hard times. She's been delivering food trying to keep things going and when her food stamps didn't work at the store recently, she hit rock bottom.
Her plan was to put decorations on house plants because she just couldn't afford to get a tree...but then, a kind person left her the gift of a Christmas tree on her front porch.
Haley has decorated the tree with old ornaments and says that the kind gesture has turned around her holidays.
Just one kind act...not only can it help someone else feel good, chances are the person that left this tree and sees just how much of a positive effect it's had on Haley HAS to feel so good about themselves and the holidays as well.
