In a recent report, Safewise released their rankings for the safest cities in Colorado —but with the good also comes the bad. The report continued on to reveal the ten cities that are considered to be the most dangerous within the Centennial State too.

To get their results, Safewise analyzed violent crime and property crime rates that occurred during the last year in cities across Colorado. Because some towns are so small, they were not included in the rankings.

Several other cities also failed to submit a full crime report to the FBI, so they were also omitted from the report. Not long ago, KDVR called Pueblo the most violent city per capita in Colorado, but it was left off of this particular list.

Report Names the 10 Most Dangerous Colorado Cities

When it comes to the most unsafe cities in Colorado, here's how the rankings panned out. The violent crime and property crime rates were calculated per 1,000 residents.

According to Safewise, the crimes that Coloradans are most concerned with, are violent crimes, property crimes, package thefts, and gun violence. See the full list of Safewise's most dangerous and safest Colorado cities here.
