Police Bust Driver Going 122 Miles Per Hour on I-70

Arvada Police clocked a driver doing 122 miles per hour on eastbound I-70, which — you guessed it — is a little over the speed limit. 

Fort Collins Police re-shared a tweet from Arvada Police, which shows a radar picking up a Volkswagon Golf traveling at a very high speed on I-70 near Wadsworth Boulevard (likely at least twice the speed limit).

Arvada Police said that this occurred around 7:30 p.m. on a Wednesday evening, and the driver could face traffic charges ranging from 180 days in jail to over $2,000 in fines.
