Parker Colorado comes in the top 10 for the best places to live in the United States for Money Magazine. The list was debuted on September 22 and Parker was second on the list.

Parker was beaten by Evans, Georgia for the top spot, however, our Colorado town scored a nice spot in second place. Parker's population is around 59,000 with a median household income of $114,000.

Out of the top 10 places to live, Parker has the second most expensive median home prices with $486,000. The most expensive median home price was Franklin, Tennessee (ranked 8th) with $495,000.
