A man in Palisade was arrested for numerous counts of sexual assault and incest. The man was charged six counts of sexual assault and six counts of aggravated incest.

Pablo Rodriguez-Garcia is facing twelve felony charges. His charges include:

  • Six counts of sexual assault on a child by on in a position of trust
  • Six counts of aggravated incest

Whenever Pablo was in court, ICE officers were present due to him having an outstanding hold with the agency according to Western Slope Now.

It's uncertain whether this will affect his case or not, but the judge gave Pablo order as if he were staying in the U.S. for the time being.

According to Western Slope Now, the mother of the defendant, who is also Pablo's wife:

Asked the district attorney's office asked that Garcia be allowed to see the children he allegedly victimized.

This request was denied and Pablo Rodriguez-Garcia is due back in court on May 16 and currently has:

  • A $25,000 bond
  • No-contact order
