The U.S. Forest Service plans to hire 900 new employees in the latter part of this year and early next. The jobs are here in Colorado plus Kansas, Nebraska, South Dakota, and Wyoming. These jobs are temporary but a great opportunity! Who knows where it might lead.
The Rocky Mountain Region manages resources across more than 22 million acres of forest and grassland in Colorado, Kansas, Nebraska, South Dakota, and Wyoming. Thes new jobs are in fire protection, timber, recreation, trails, archeology, hydrology, wildlife, botany, range, and fisheries. If you've ever considered a job working with the U.S. Forest Service or a passion for protecting and improving these great natural resources, here's your chance.
